Lakeshore Mini Ultra has something for everyone! This is a 1-mile loop with a spectacular view of Lake Erie. Runners and walkers will have 4 hours to complete their personal goals on a paved, flat course all while choosing the direction of travel each loop. We will have a fully stocked, traditional style, aid station (this is why we run Ultras!).
All proceeds are benefiting The Herren Project, a non-profit organization that assists families and those suffering from addiction towards a pathway of recovery.
Lakeshore Mini Ultra is proud to be part of the 2019 North East Running Club (NERC) Grand Prix
Kristie Sievers is a finisher of multiple 100 miler marathons and this is her first gig as a race director. She is motivated to create a first rate all inclusive running experience that gives back to the community in need.
The aid stations will have water, sports drink, pretzels, potato chips, cookies, candy, sodas, and other goodies. In an effort to minimize trash and waste, all participants are encouraged to carry a water bottle. You may bring your own hydration and nutrition if you have specific dietary needs.
Build your own finisher medal. Each hour on the course gets you another piece to add to your unique take home prize
